Term 1:
AWESOME!!! Guess what?!?! We have Outdoor Education!!!!!
For you that don't know what Outdoor Education is it is 2 days in the outdoors, one day at Maraetai Beach and one day at Murphey's bush.This recount of it:
Outdoor Education
Murphy's Bush Day 1:
On Wednesday 23rd and Thursday 24th was Outdoor Education, the year 5 syndicate were the only ones there except for the teachers. Manukau on the move helped with all of the activities, also the parent helpers.I was Group 6 with my friends Sarah and Cindy.We got there by bus. Were going to Murphy's Bush! Wherever that is!
First was Shelter Building, we had to get into groups of four, I was with Sarah, Cindy, Me and Olivia! We had to rate the other groups we got 4 out of 5! But then we got 5 out of 5! STARS! WE WON!
Second was the Bush walk, a lady who was from Manakau on the move was the leader, she was talking about all the different trees and birds. Me and Sarah got a bit bored (actually alot!) so we started to pretend that we were making a music video for Calafornia Gurls!
Third was Walkie Talkies, we had to get into pairs of two, Can you guess? I was partners with...SARAH! We were number 27, we had to find out who we were talking to, what t
